Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

Pamskitchen is a small home kitchen. We collect as little as possible, never sell your details, and only ever use them to cook for you and reply to you.

01 Who we are

This website is operated by Pamsit Ltd, trading as Pamskitchen, based at Humber Way, SL3, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, you can reach us through the contact form on our site or by WhatsApp.

For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Pamsit Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described below.

02 What we collect

When you use the contact form

If you fill in our enquiry form, we collect the name, email address, and any message you choose to send, along with your consent to receive our weekly menu. This is processed for us by Formspree (see “Who we share with” below) and delivered to our inbox.

When you message us on WhatsApp

Tapping or scanning our WhatsApp QR code opens your own WhatsApp with a pre-written message. If you choose to send it, your WhatsApp display name and phone number reach us the same way any WhatsApp message would. We never store your number in a database — it simply appears in our WhatsApp chats. WhatsApp’s own handling of your data is governed by its privacy policy.

Anonymous visit statistics

We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand how many people visit and roughly which countries they come from. It does not use cookies and does not store your IP address or any data that identifies you personally. The numbers we see are aggregated and anonymous.

In plain terms

No cookies. No tracking across other websites. No IP addresses kept. No selling your data — ever.

03 Why we use it & our lawful basis

04 Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone. We use a small number of trusted service providers purely to run the site:

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

05 How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order messages only as long as needed to serve you and to keep sensible business records, then delete them. WhatsApp conversations remain in our WhatsApp account until we clear them. Anonymous visit statistics contain nothing that identifies you.

06 Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw consent at any time, and to object to or restrict our use of it. To exercise any of these, just contact us — we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

07 Children

Our site and service are intended for adults placing food orders. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16.

08 Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above. Please check back from time to time.

09 Contact us

Questions about your privacy? Reach us any time through the contact form or our WhatsApp QR code on the homepage. We’re a small kitchen and we read every message ourselves.
